It's Friday! It's Friday!

I am anticipating a bit of a lazy day, we will see how that goes.

1. If you were having twins, a boy and a girl, and didn't have to cater to anyone else's feelings in naming them, what names would you pick out?

2. How is the weather where you are?

3. Are iPods really that cool or am I just being sucked in by relentless marketing?

Boy and girl. But probably their presumed feelings would override.

The weather is fine.

I-pods are cool. You are defiantly being sucked in by the relentless marketing,

1. no idea about boys names, but I've always been partial to Piper or Mackenzie for a girls name.

2. Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs.

3. Ipods are overmarketed, but the mp3 player in general is pretty damned cool.

You really have to hand it to the Ipod marketing staff. I mean- they are incredible. Apple is now selling $1,200 computers on the strength of their $200 mp3-player...

I want some of THAT mojo!

Tell me about it. Its just incredible what they've done with it.

I personaly have an iRiver H140 myself, and after having played with both the iRiver and the Ipod, I like the iRiver better, even though the ipod has cooler aftermarket gadgets to go with it.

1) Lancelot and Guinevere. Seriously.

2) Colder than normal with rain off and on all weekend. Sucksville.

3) Don't know, don't have one. My husband loves his, though.

1. I've always been partial to the name Dahlia for a girl and Christopher for a boy. Would never use them because they don't work with my last name.

2. The same where you are, you goof. We, like live in the same town.

3. The marketing has made them cool.

1. Irene and Issac

2. Same as you, sweetheart

3. Everyone I know that has one loves it.
May. 27th, 2005 08:50 pm (UTC)
1. Emma and Ciaran

2. It's currently FREEEEEEZING inside my house!

3. *shrug* Dunno.... do you think you are getting sucked in?

May. 27th, 2005 09:37 pm (UTC)
1. Umm. I'm not feeling creative at the moment.

2. Getting colder... we're headed north to NYC again.

3. I like my iPod. I resisted buying one for a long time, but it's perfect for me (career/lifestyle-wise). I have my entire collection on it and I still have 40 gigs to spare ;)

my iPod = best thing ever.
when my computer was stolen, I had a back up of all of my contacts on the iPod. Absolutely priceless.

1. I suppose Bonnie and Clyde would be just too weird. :P Heath and Heather probably. No, that's too cute. I don't know. I'd have to really think more on that one.
2. Nice. It's warm, but with a cool gentle breeze. I'd love to spend the night outside tonight.
3. I don't know much about ipods. In fact, I don't know a think. I've heard the name, but what is it? *blush*
May. 28th, 2005 04:24 am (UTC)
1) I'm so not ever having more kids. I'll just ignore this one.

2) Freakin' HOT.

3) I don't have an iPod yet.
May. 28th, 2005 04:45 am (UTC)
1) Trivet and Sprout.
2) NOW it is gorgeous. For the past three days, though, it was pouring and cold.
3) I have no idea. I'd like an iPod, though -- however, I can't afford it.

Boy James, girl Rowan

Its freakin hot! It got to almost 90 yesterday. You could hear all the whimpy Seattlites going "I'm melting, I'm melting!"

I have a creative zen and I like it alot. About same price as ipod mini, but I can listen to radio too. You can store books on the big IPOD, that would be the only thing I might want that for.
