Muppet Monday

I love the In the Navy bit way too much because, years ago, it was the focus of a behind the scenes special. They showed how the green screen effects were combined with the Muppeteers work, the playback and all the tricks. they broke down each part, then showed the full clip at the end so you could see where everything fit together.

This isn't it, but the first six minutes are the closest I can find online.
