how is season 3? Because 2.5 left me kind of cold....

3 hits pretty hard. There's a lot of emotional drama and a lot of politics. It's not my favourite season, but it's definitely good stuff.

I think 2.5 was the lowest point of the series so far -- too many unlinked episodes and stalled storylines. Season 3 is definitely stronger, and Season 4 continues the heavy-duty mind-fuckery. Stick with it; I think it's still the best thing on TV.
