Bracing

I'm putting off "brace training" today even though I know I shouldn't. I no longer have any tank tops to wear under it and the straps are itchy and pinch-y without something under them. I think I'm going to buy some actual undershirts this week since the worst spot is in my armpits.

The brace is the same configuration as my old ones. I don't remember getting to ease into wearing it last time. The straps around my belly are also set looser than they were. I can still tie my shoes, which was pretty impossible last time. I know we're tighten it up next month, so I'm enjoying that while I can.

I think the difference is that we are trying to stabilize the curves this time instead of straightening them. My muscles get super tired but it's more comfortable overall so far.
