Physical therapy isn't going very well. I had a weight/strength session two weeks ago (running a bike with my hands, working on a weight machine and having to lift small amounts in different ways, like just moving my shoulders forward and back.) Since then it's been back to the massage table trying to work out some fierce knots and pain. Hopefully I'll get another weight session soon and do better with it.
