1. No but I never had pets 2. There might be one or two somewhere but I never use them. 3. Work, school, go vote. Do Zoom parents teacher conference. At least I have a day off from work on Tuesday.
I know we have scented candles in our Hilton Head house. We're usually there for Christmas so they are usually lit then. None here on Long Island, however.
Plans this week: Do a few virtual choir videos - I think three of them. The rest of the stuff is just routine.
1. Yes, more than once. The intentional "cook for" occasions were either very minor successes or relatively minor disasters, depending on how you rate the pet response. From the pets' perspective, the "cooked for pets inadvertently" occasions were wildly successful. Wouldn't have happened at all if we'd been more diligent and had kept our wits about us.
2. Yes. Bayberry and used only one night out of the entire year.
3. Plans? (Like they'll happen, but O.K.): Sew. Crochet. A huge lot of cooking. Packing leftover Halloween candy off to someone who'll distribute it to folks who didn't get to celebrate Halloween this year. Plenty of options out there. Organize/re-organize books, storage. Garden tasks before heavy-duty winter; we've just had our fist snowfall today. Re-paint the front and the back steps, and touch up the window trim especially that for the basement windows. Prune some of the hedges back pretty severely. Persuade himself to go see a doctor (yeah: I know.)
1.) I read this as "Have you ever cooked a pet before?" and was appalled for all of ten seconds as my brain rearranged the words properly. When I dogsit for my aunt's dog, I cook chicken for her every day. For my own pets, I've never cooked or baked anything specifically for them.
2.) There are scented candles in my house; we're finally down to single-digits.
3.) My plans for this week are work and writing. I have deadlines (some which have passed orz;;) that I am trying to meet and/or get ahead of. I finally finished my room enough to get the boxes and things put away, so that is off my list, at least.
We had gerbils when the kids were young. No memory of what we fed them, but it did not require cooking.
Nope.
Plans: Physical Therapy, working a few sessions, and feeling anxious about the election today and tomorrow, and then Wednesday feeling scared or exhilarated.
1. Yes, but not intentionally. One of my mom's cats liked the canned American style biscuits. She'd snag one off the table and hop to the floor, then proceed to nibble a hole to eat all the insides out. And one of mine stole my microwave mac n' cheese in the time it took me to walk to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee. (I got back to the dining room to find a cat sitting in the empty microwave dish with a drop of cheese on his whiskers.) 2. Yes, we got them as gifts & just haven't used them up. (emergency lighting during power outages.) 3. Celebrate getting the new sewer pump installed by doing last weeks laundry, showering, voting, doctor's appointments & deciding between cheesecake or pizza for my birthday.
1. Never cooked for a pet but shared people food I was eating. 2. A pumpkin pie spice candle a fellow LJ friend sent as a Secret Pumpkin exchange. 3. Checking out some small towns on the High Road to Taos this week and a haircut this weekend if I don't chicken out. First cut in 2 months!

3. What are your plans this week? Get some work done on my quilt project, knit a pair of fingerless mitts.
