I didn't get up for the 6am class even though it was about Hamilton because 6am. All the other classes I took were just magic. I feel like I could do a specialty class using the exercises from the playwrighting lecture. The best part was the Q&A with Billy Porter. He was absolutely incredible.

And all of the classes are streamed until the end of the month
Given a choice in the matter, that is.
Anybody who's willingly up before 6am is likely to have other weird habits like eating salad without salad dressing.
;^)
But now you've got me to thinking about salads and dressings, and I'm wondering if there are salads which don't get "dressed."
What about that fruit salad which was almost ubiquitous back in the '70s, was it? --of balls of honeydew, cantaloupe, and watermelon? Might have been a local or a regional aberration, but I can't recall ever seeing that one served with any kind of dressing.
I was thinking, too, of three (or four) bean salad, but that's dressed, after all, in the vinegar which pickled the beans, and the addition of oil and sometimes an emulsifier.
And some kids learned to make or carry (or their moms made these for the kids' lunches), "Walking Salads" so called because they can be eaten as you walk along: carrot sticks, celery sticks, and sometimes "sticks" of green bell pepper.
Thst's as close as I can come, but basically I have to agree: salad without some sort of dressing is weird.
