Finn and Jake

Pondering 2021

I'm kicking around possibilities for my list of goals in 2021. The uncertainty of life returning to "normal" is weighing on my thoughts. I got a lot of reading done because of theatres being closed down, same for movies.

Do I set my goals to surpass this year when I might be constantly busy again? Do I find a happy medium?

But more importantly...what do yoy suggest for challenges? What sorts of things should I try to watch and read?

I have a few ideas, but I would love to brainstorm with all of you.

Movie Advice

So.

Last yesr the first movie I watched was Ganja and Hess. It's a strange, experimental horror film that explores addiction and obsession through the lens of vampirism. It is a great film (I watched it again with lonelydumptruck more recently) but it was definitely an odd start to my year.

We've been joking about watching Spike Lee's remake tomorrow but I might want a different energy to start the new year. Something light-hearted or even joyful though not necessarily a comedy.

What would you recommend?
