At the Real Estate Office the rental office manager is a tough old broad who bakes.  I adore her, not just because she bakes, she's an awesome soul.  And she makes awesome baked goods.

 

She brings in a covered plate of cookies or brownies or muffins and, as soon as we finish the last crumb, she brings in amother with all new treats.

 

It's like a fat incentive plan.
