Baaaaaah!

How many times has someone on your friends list posted about something and you were really confused, but you didn't want to ask because you knew you should know? How many times have you felt 'guilty' asking a close LJ friend a question that should be 'obvious'?

Well, here's your chance. If you've missed a few things, missed an entry and are confused, ask me anything. Even something extremely basic. I'm not allowed to get even slightly irritated at any of the questions - we've all missed things before.

How did you and Mark meet & fall in love & all that mushy stuff?

Mark and I met in college. We kind of knew each other for a while before we ever started dating. One of his fraternity brothers was also a theatre major, so Mark knew me from that connection. He thought I was a Senior the first time we met.

One of my first memories of Mark was him coming into the room where Evan and I were cramming for a theatre history final and tossing down a stack of comic books "Study break!"

Mark came to all the strike parties, because they were epic. I didn't drink at the time, so I would amuse myself in other ways. One was that there was a large rock n' roll throne in the green room left over from a Sam Shepard play. If I knew the person sitting in the chair well enough to know that I wouldn't be attacked on the spot, I would sit in their lap and ask for a story. Mark told me a story that he remembers being grand. He walked me home after and, on the way, discovered I'd never seen Fantasia. Fantasia just happened to be showing at the dollar theatre downtown so we made a date to go the next night.

I am not. I consider it from time to time, but Alaska has no Equity houses so it would. effectively, mean shitting on my own plate.

None? Wow.

Are there any other states with no Equity houses, I wonder....

Maybe Wyoming.
