1. I don't know. I have lots of things in mind. No particular strong emotion is dominant.

2. I'd like to see Dr. Strange. Other than that, I'll go to the store and maybe see a sibling and go on a short walk? I'm not sure.

3. I had been going to a gym four days a week, but since I started taking a strength-training class at the gym, I've only been going there for class, and it meets twice a week. After class ends (on December 1st. I just checked), I'd like to go to the gym more often again. I'm trying to follow the routine set by class and am concerned about an extra routine somehow conflicting with the existing one.

1. I'm an emotional wreck and I'm in a lot of pain from my bad ankle and knee. Today is kind of a crappy day. :(

2. Not going to a birthday party. But still going to the MSPCA to get a kitty!

3. I've been using light weights with my arms twice a day to build up some strength before I need to haul myself around on crutches for 6 weeks.

We are out with friends tomorrow night and otherwise nothing = yay!

Pretty good. Just waking up, though.

I'm on the planning committee for a 5K and festival and it is finally happening.

Usually, 5 or 6 days a week. But I've been so busy with this (athletic) event, I've been slacking, ironically.

I'm feeling a bit tired at the moment, even though it's only 8pm.

Tomorrow (Saturday) my daughter is coming around so we will be eating cake.
Apart from that I'll be spending this weekend getting organised as I'm going away for a week on Monday.

I go to an exercise class twice a week.

I ride my bike every day, and my work is exercise if not back breaking.
