About four or five, depending upon how quiet it is at work.

I walk daily, does that count?

3.Not often enough

Not really, at least not diary style, like my LJ seems to be. I keep a dream journal. I occasionally hand-write poetry or passages. I keep a hand-written bound journal for work stuff which tends to be more fun idea stuff and notes. And I used to keep a gratitude journal with something I was thankful for each day and would try to keep it fun and quirky rather than overly twee, but now that the kids are talking that has changed into a verbal exchange with them at bedtime every night. So, yes (times nearly a half dozen) and no!

Livejournal and Facebook. Most days include Google, Pandora or something music-y, and the one for the state park I work at. I do still read several hard copy newspapers daily, and several more occasionally, and that is where I get most of my local, national, and world news (aside from friend's shares which would be even a more biased sampling than my print choices), or else there might be a few of those, too.

I have a reasonably high energy dog with no fence, so daily happens even just because of that. I'm also a hike leader, so I get a lot just because of that, too. I'm also just a big walker and hiker with those responsibilities aside. I also do a lot of "play" exercise--day-off activities may include everything from boating to ultimate frisbee to kite flying. I don't go to the gym nor do formal fitness or strength training, but I'm pretty fit and active.

1. Yes

2. LJ, FB, Twitter, OKCupid, EW.com, New York Times, Questionable Content, and Buzzfeed.

3. For now, it's twice a week. I may try to arrange going to the gym between tai chi a couple times a week now that I am done with physical therapy.

1. No. I've kept inconsistent physical journals prior to livejournal, though.

2. Probably I don't visit any website every single day, but I often visit livejournal and facebook and superherohype and comicbookmovie.

3. For years, I exercised three days a week but wondered if I were exercising too frequently due to the heaviness of the weights I had worked my way up to, so I reduced this a few weeks ago to two days a week after my work is over for the day, whereupon I typically do a lot of exercises, like last Friday it was about 3 hours and Monday probably two and a half hours. Off and on, I have tried to do more cardio as well. I've recently been using a stationary bike again and I can't give you a good figure for how many days a week I use it. I do cardio indoors for a couple reasons including allergens. I do occasional hikes and other stuff outside I won't count as exercise for the purpose of these questions.

1. Do you keep a physical journal as well as a LiveJournal?
Yep, neurotically. I've kept physical ones since age 11.

2. What websites do you visit daily?
LJ, gmail, FB, Twitter, Instagram

3. How often do you exercise?
LOL, never. I mean, I walk on occasion, but nothing else otherwise.

1. Yes but I go through phases of not writing for months, and then writing all the time.

1. I normally do, but I've been having problems with my right wrist and hand lately. I can only write for a limited amount of time which has been driving me crazy. :(

2. Facebook and Gmail.

3. Lately, not really. I've been on bed rest because of my back and haven't been allowed to exercise.
