We took Kathy to Bernie's which was a blast. I was a little worried at first, there were only 5 of us, but within a couple hours we'd drunk over $160 worth of tasty drinks, blown up glow-in-the-dark condoms and thrown them at unsuspecting people sitting near us and laughed more than should be allowed by law.
I ran into my friend Alan, who was celebrating his birthday, and had my work-ego stroked hugely (and my butt groped) He was joking he would marry me if only he wasn't gay. When I went to request a song for Kathy someone grabbed my arm on the way back to the table and it was Bernie, so I got to dance with the owner and got a big hug when we left. Kathy got a big hug and well-wishes for the wedding too.
If only work was going this well. I feel bad. I went to the theatre to meet Kathy and Tyler reminded me he needed the cues nigh on immediately, so I had to call Vicki at home to hear they weren't ready yet. I feel like I should be so much more on top of things than I am.
