Show morning

We have a small school show today, but hopefully the evening crowd will be good.

In medical news, my hands still hurt.

1. What book(s) are you unable to finish in spite of several attempts to read it?

2. What is your favorite memory of school?

3. What is your favorite color/flavor of Jell-O?

1. Any of the Lord of the Rings series

2. I don't really have any... it was a terrible time with some awful people (college was different but I equate "school" with grades 1-12).

#1: I can't think of any books that I've actually put down and started over later. But it's rare for me to give up on a book once I've started it - Joseph Conrad's Lord Jim is one notably disappointing exception.

1.) Harry Potter and the Murder of River Phoenix, or whatever it's called. That book, as of page 10, ended my relationship with Harry Potter. ForGET it.

3.) Jello 1-2-3, from the 1970's -- you might be too young to remember it. It was a variation of strawberry Jello (probably just regulary strawberry Jello with a recipe on the box) where you made the Jello in three layers, each layer being a different degree of whipped-ness. So the bottom layer was normal, translucent red Jello, the middle layer was somewhat more frothy red Jello, and the top layer was very frothed, opaque pink Jello. That was seriously MAGICAL to me as a child. Huh, I kinda want some right now. I will have to settle for a red gummi bear, which is what I have available.

Does that mean I was wise in skipping all those Harry Potter books? Please say yes and we'll be best friends! *chuckle*

I am sorry about your hand.

Well I put it down and can't remeber the name of it... so it would have to be books like that.

Fourth Grade... I had a wonderfull teacher.

I like this jell-o thing that you make with icecream... you mix jello with icecream and then put it in the refrigerator, I am sure there are more steps to it then that.. It's real good.

3. What is your favorite color/flavor of Jell-O? I don't like jello at all, sorry....hehe I like pudding though :)
